BBA is Bachelors of business administration and B.Sc is Bachelors in science. Both of them are two different fields. It depends upon your area of interest, whether you are interested in business or science. If you are confused, then do a little introspection and try to figure out your area of interest.

I have never heard about BE in cloud computing. If it is, I really appreciate our education system for launching such specific programs to make perfect engineers. If it is there, you will be dealing with cloud computing technologies, networking, virtualization, automation and all of those specific to the area of cloud.
Being in computer system, you will learn full stack courses of computer science like databases, operating systems, networking, programming, data structures and many more. Anyways, those are then pre-requisite for being successful in cloud computing area.
