Yes, you have a chance for sure with that rank. As CSE and EE are very high demading streams in the market you need to have a luck to get those streams for sure. And chemical engineering is also a very good stream. But in my view u can get any of those with that rand but the college u may want to admit it may differ.
All the very best.

I have less idea about the government colleges, but as per me, Nirma University and PDPU are good for chemical engineering.

I don't have any idea about IPU.
If your son has 112 marks in JEE having general category, then he might not get any good NITs easily.
He can go for other private colleges.

Some even offer direct admission on basis of class 12th marks. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 12th or JEE or even

His team has been at work some time now trying to synthesize the new drug, and finally one day has a breakthrough. After patenting, having the medical scientists perform trials, and getting the FDA to approve the new drug BioX decides to put it into production. The engineer, working alongside other engineers, may develop an automatic system to manufacture the drug. Someone has to monitor the manufacturing system; programme the machines, make sure they are working well, and replace the chemicals needed to manufacture the drug. That's
