Based on the information you have provided, chances of admission in a highly ranked university are low. You should check less competitive countries too such as Belgium, Poland, Norway, etc.

Sorry to say, but you have missed all the important engineering exams dates of 2017.
So, you should try next year for admission.
I am sad for you. But, you can't do anything.

If you do B.Sc with chemistry, then you have to give 12 papers of chemistry and 2 papers of Math, so you need math in class 12th to do in B.Sc level.

The eligibility criteria for industrial chemistry is different, it depends on the university.
As per my knowledge of B.Sc. in industrial chemistry, you don't require mathematics as compulsory subject, biology students can also apply.
Sardar Patel University of Gujrat is good for IC.
