The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Horticulture or Forestry from a recognized university in India. The candidate must also have passed the degree with minimum 50% marks.

Yes, you can appear in IIT JAM exam for M.Sc. Admissions. Make sure to check all eligibility criteria and syllabus of the exam for your subject before applying to the exam.

Eligibility Criteria / Entry Requirements for M.Sc chemistry in DU:
B.Sc. (Hons. ) Chemistry (3Years Course after 10+2) with 50% or above marks in aggregate both main and subsidiary (integrated) and 50% or above marks in Chemistry from Delhi University or any other University whose examination is recognised as equivalent to University of Delhi and fulfil other conditions of eligibility. or

There many eligibility requirements for various colleges but this is the main requirement that candidate should complete B.Sc. In respective field, example in your case it is chemistry. All the best.
