Yes, as a B.Sc Chemistry graduate, you can apply for Post Graduation in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (AI), subject to the eligibility criteria of the institution. Most universities take students from various backgrounds, including Science graduates. Some programs, however, may ask you to have a good background in subjects such as mathematics, statistics, and programming. If your undergraduate programme did not cover these topics in depth, you may have to acquire more knowledge or take preparatory courses. Dear Tanisha,
For the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET), you can choose between two groups:
- PCM Group: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
- PCB Group: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
You can select either group based on your academic background and the courses you wish to pursue. For example, if you're interested in engineering courses, the PCM group is appropriate. For medical or pharmacy courses, the PCB group is suitable. Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria for the chosen group
Best wishes for your preparation!

Generally, admissions are merit-based. Some institutions also conduct entrance exams. The better marks you obtain, the better are your chances. You need to pass all subjects with the minimum passing percentage in 10th grade-English, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. This passing percentage may vary in different institutions. Following the completion of 10th grade, Apply to colleges or schools offering MPC group.

Cluster University of Jammu does not publish the current Bsc in Chemistry cutoff data. The CUET PG 2024 cutoff indicates Cluster University of Jammu maintains total admission marks between 46 to 65. A better understanding of cutoff patterns emerges through examination of cutoff data at the University of Jammu. Previous year's University of Jammu UG courses data showed 85.03 was needed for Integrated BA-BEd admission and 50.71 for Integrated BSc (Hons)-MSc in Physics in the third merit list of 2023. These established cutoff scores derive from historical data but do not guarantee accuracy for present cutoff calculation.
