Especially, NIT Trichy is one of the reputed institutes for its chemistry program, experienced faculty, and decent placement opportunities. You have AIR 790 in EWS category, the chances of get admission in this established NITs are higher, go ahead.

To qualify for NEET, the eligibility criteria dictate that all subjects in the 12th examination must be passed, including Chemistry, with the required minimum marks. Since you have "RT" (Result Pending or Reappear) along with Chemistry, you cannot fill the NEET form unless you clear with a reappearance in the Chemistry theory paper.
Your total percentage in the PCB subjects (51%) is under the least required for NEET eligibility (usually it's around 50% for General Category, and about 40% for SC/ST/OBC, and 45% for PwDs). On clearing Chemistry paper and scoring the required marks in PCB, you can apply for NEET.

For taking the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) - PG entrance exam, candidates must apply through the National Testing Agency (NTA) to be considered for admission to the Master of Science (M.Sc) programme in Chemistry at Delhi Technological University (DTU).
