For admission to the M.Sc. Chemistry programme at  BHU through the CUET PG exam candidates must have a Bachelor of Science degree with Chemistry as a major subject studied in all years securing a minimum 50% marks in Science subjects. So english is not as a compulsory subject for  examination purposes.

There are various ways through which you can find class 12 Chemistry subject previous years' papers:

1) Search on educational blog websites . They will be available here with solutions.

2) Serach on CBSE previous year question papers in CBSE Website. You will  get the question paper.

3) You may search for it in various books and sample papers booklets.
