Mathematics is not compulsory in class 12th to pursue B.Sc in Chemistry.

You can go for research in chemistry after completion. You can work with various private and government sectors as in chemical labs, chemical manufacturing, etc. after the completion of your study.

If you have 60 percent above in class 12th then it is best to take CSE department.

Every college has different course plan and according to which you have to study. You cannot change according to yourself. But physics and chemistry will be different from class12th .

For example, if the total marks of all 6 subjects you have secured is 300 and the total marks for which the examination conducted is 600, then your percentage will be 50% i.e. , (300/600)*100=50%, so, you need to calculate in the same way to get your percentage for 6 subjects of 12th standard.
