B.Sc. (Hons) Chemistry (3 Years Course after 10+2) with 50% or above marks in aggregate both main and subsidiary (integrated) and 50% or above marks in Chemistry from Delhi University or any other University whose examination is recognised as equivalent to University of Delhi and fulfil other conditions of eligibility. or

There are annual recruitment examinations for both of these institutions ISRO and DRDO. So, when the forms are out, apply on that and appear in the examination and subsequent rounds. If you clear that you will have a job there.

Yes, you can.
But, it mainly depends upon the college. Many colleges give you a chance to select your subjects.
In General, there are 5 subjects and you have to choose one from physics or chemistry as honours paper and then second paper is another subject among these above 2. Then English is compulsory in many college and one regional language and fifth subject you can choose among the choice provided by the college.
