Hello Abubasar,
The chemicals are used in almost every field such as medicines, food products, and electronics and even in construction activities. This creates many opportunities for the chemistry graduates in diverse fields. The industries, specially chemical and pharmaceutical, the universities and government laboratories are the three major employers who recruit Chemistry graduates.
The entry level jobs in this field usually require at least the Bachelor's degree in chemistry, but a majority of the jobs like research needs candidates with Ph.D in the same.

Hey Vishal,
There are various courses in which you can pursue:
BCA, B.Sc (Hons) in chemistry (needs maths/bio and physics too but some universities allow without these subjects ), BA (Hons) in English, BA (Hons) in Hindi or BA (Pass).
As in terms of job oriented courses: BCA and B.Sc (Hons) in chemistry are the best options on basis of subjects you have opted for in class XIIth.

Hello Ron,
CAT is the master of all MBA entrance examinations, but still, there are more exams which you can take such as XAT, NMAT by GMAC and Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP) Test.
