You can pursue Bachelor in Prosthetics & Orthotics course(AHS), which is study of artificial limb technologies & Orthopedic Rehabilitation Devices.

DEAR PG DIPLOMA IS NOT EQUIVALENT TO MASTER DEGREE. SOME UNIVERSITIES ALLOW LATERAL ENTRY IN M.SC .

I think M.Sc. will be a better option for you if you do it from a good college or university.
You can Pursue M.Sc. from IIT's or IISC. For Taking Admission in IIT's you have to appear in IIT JAM Entrance Exam for M.Sc.
