Hello Ammy
as your marks are very low it will be difficult for you to get admission in Australia.
there are lots of diploma courses you can do from Australia .

For physics NCERT is not a good choice. As the language used for explanation is very typical for some topics so for 12th one needs a guide book I would suggest you to use SL Arora its a nice book with ample of questions subjective as well as objective.

Dear Nasrin, scholarships are merit based, there is no guarantee that an IELTS or TOEFL score alone will suffice. Your academic standing will be evaluated mostly. Of course if you have a great academic record alongwith high IELTS or TOEFL scores you can expect scholarships.
Best Wishes

Then you should opt for B.Sc. But still if you want to change your stream then depending upon your interest you may go for any one of them.

Do you have any country in mind? It is difficult to list out when you say 'abroad'. Anyways, check University of Stratchlyde, Queen's University Belfast, University of York, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Linköping University. Go through the university websites for program structure and requirements.
