$Δ {H^{0}}_{R} = Δ {H^{0}}_{f} (S F_{6}) - Δ {H^{0}}_{f} (S) - 6 * Δ {H^{0}}_{f} (F)$

= (-1100) (275) 6 (80) = 1855

$Δ {H^{0}}_{S - F} = \frac{1855}{6} = 309.16 K J / m o l ≅ 309$
