AIIMS is primarily a medical college/university (undergraduate, postgraduate, super-speciality, etc.) + a hospital. 

Its courses begin after Class 12 — i.e. you must have completed 12th standard (10+2) to be eligible for entry into courses like MBBS, B.Sc., etc. 

The official course list of AIIMS includes medical and allied health degrees — not school-level classes (11th / 12th) as per its academic catalogue.

Thus, AIIMS itself does not run 11th and 12th standard as a school.

Class 11 is a life changing class.because in this class, you lost old friends and make new friends. Syllabus become vast and everything seems hard to understand.
