Hi.
AIIMS is primarily a medical college/university (undergraduate, postgraduate, super-speciality, etc.) + a hospital.
Its courses begin after Class 12 — i.e. you must have completed 12th standard (10+2) to be eligible for entry into courses like MBBS, B.Sc., etc.
The official course list of AIIMS includes medical and allied health degrees — not school-level classes (11th / 12th) as per its academic catalogue.
Thus, AIIMS itself does not run 11th and 12th standard as a school.

Class 11 is a life changing class.because in this class, you lost old friends and make new friends. Syllabus become vast and everything seems hard to understand. So you should study regularly and become responsible towards your dream or goal. Prepare yourself for every obstacles.clear your concept and ask your doubts to your teacher. Never hesitate to ask. Stay strong mentally and physically . Enjoy every moment but don't forget your study routine. Study daily. otherwise, it leads to regrets only.
