ICFAI University, Raipur admissions are primarily merit-based. Candidates must also fulfill the minimum eligibility requirements for the respective courses. Further, ICFAI University Chattisgarh has also been approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and offers AICTE-approved courses to students.

Besides, the selection to BA LLB (Hons) programme is based on CLAT or LSAT score. For B.Ed, admission is based on CG pre-B.Ed entrance exam conducted by Chattisgarh.
