No, not necessarily. There is a common entrance exam for admission to Christ University which does not calls for any stream-oriented subjects. It is then followed by an interview. Thus, people opting B.Sc Psychology at Christ University does not take the entrance exam with Science subject.

1. The candidate must have a bachelor's degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks.
2. The candidate must appear for the CAT or MAT exam.
3. The candidate must have a good academic record and work experience.
4. The candidate must appear for the GD and PI round.
The CAT exam is conducted by the IIMs and is one of the most popular MBA entrance exams in India. The MAT exam is conducted by the All India Management Association and is another popular MBA entrance exam in India.

This course has recieved a rating of 4.5 out of 5. This course has recieved the highest rating. It is offered for a time duration of 3 years. Another course that has a 4.6 rating is the discontinued programme course in Information technology (Data analysis that is offered for 2 years. Other good courses include B.Sc in Psychology, B.Tech and M.Tech in various specialisations.

The highest salary package offered to students at Christ-Kengeri Campus is 21.5 Lacs per annum. The median package offered to students is estimated at 4.8 Lakhs per annum. Many companies come to this University for placements. Some of the examples are Tech Mahindra, Cisco, Newtronics, Epsilon, TCS. All specialisations have good placement opportunities and there are openings for students from all specifications that they can attend. The University has a well organised and proactive placement support. One disadvantage is that the University offers very less placements for B.Tech in civil engineering.
