Yes, Christ University. Programme is one of the best in country presently. You can google search and check all the standard rankings given to Commerce Colleges in the country by various magazines like Outlook, The Week, India Today, etc. For past 910 years and you will find Christs. In the Top 10 in all those rankings.

Christ is better option. Admission to Christ University (Deemed to be University) is done on the basis of merit scored in previous qualifying exam, skill assessment and personal interview except BBA BHM B.Com (H), B.Com (Professional), B.Com (International Finance), M.Sc in Mathematics and BA in Media Studies, Communication and Media, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, History, English, Psychology, Journalism.

Yes, you're eligible for both universities. Your +2 percentage is good. But both of these universities select candidates on the basis of entrance exam and personal interviews. So, you'll have to prepare for that too.
