For admission in Christ for BBA course you will have to apply online through college website once you apply and pay the registration fee you will be called for entrance test which generally includes current affairs in business and corporate world and from what you have studied in 11th and 12th commerce, if you clear entrance you will be called for personal interview crack that and you will be a Christie. Online application for different courses will be out by November or December so keep checking the college website.

The college or university conducts its own entrance exams, and there is no other way you can get admission in these colleges/universities. So, yes you need to write the entrance exams.

You need to check on the university website for any such information. As of my knowledge, there are hardly any 2nd Cut off lists.

With this percentage you won't get admission because you have not cleared the mathematics subject which is the main concern for BCA programme admissions.
You can check B.Sc-IT programmes in other universities.
