Hello Krishan,
There are no entrance exams for admission into B.Sc programmes and it is based on your 12th marks. The eligibility details are given below:
1) Basic eligibility for the programme is a pass at the +2 level (Karnataka PUC / ISC / CBSE / NIOS / State Boards) from any recognised Board in India.
2) Students pursuing International curriculum must have AIU approval and must obtain a grade of not less than 'C' or its equivalent.
3) Candidates writing the +2 examinations in March-May 2017 may apply with their class X and XI marks.
4) It is compulsory to have studied any two subjects from the combination (Physics, Chemistry, Mathemati

It is not a very well known engineering college in the country or in the state or in the city. This is mainly because it is being recently started. The faculty in the departments are pretty decent but not very great. I have heard that focus on research is good in some departments like mechanical and automobile, but is really bad in some core departments like Electrical. Placements are not that great.

If you are good at aptitude and English communication skills along with basic current affairs, you don't necessarily have to join a training institute to get into Christ. But if you do want to join a training institute, I think TIME would be a good choice.
