If you has money then she get a seat anywhere in any private college, otherwise I am sorry as she can't get admission anywhere by this score. At least, she need a score above 550.

You can't take admission in CMC College with this score and even there is no payment seat in CMC, as it is totally based on merit and most of the seats are reserved for their religion.

Hello Tolstoy Lazarus,
As per NEET cut-off 2019, candidates belonging to UR category are required to score at least 119 marks (out of 720) in order to qualify NEET 2019, while OBC/SC/ST category candidates need a minimum of 96 marks to qualify.

As you know, competition is very high in NCERT examination. I can't assure you but you might get admission. It is suggested to score a little higher and will get a seat for sure.
