No, you cannot get direct 2nd year admission in B.Com on the basis of Diploma in civil engineering. The minimum eligibility criteria for B.Com is students must have successfully passed class 12th HSC/10+2 (or equivalent Level of Examination) from any recognized Board. Numerous universities prefer candidates with 50% marks for the admission process.

Most of the college done the 2nd year Diploma admission through the Centralized admission process (CAP) conducted by DTE Maharashtra. Hence please apply through DTE Maharashtra website as under. While for Bangalore you may seeks admission in following colleges.
