1) Get a job after graduation in Private Sector that hire Civil Engineering graduates.
2) Get a job after graduation in Public Sector Companies that hire Civil Engineering Graduates.
3) Go for a Government career in Civil Engineering.
4) Prepare for Civil Services.
5) Try for a Career Abroad.

You should decide where to study firstly, as an initial step check for universities around the world, look at the admission requirements for B.Tech, the fees and expenses, admission deadlines, etc. and select your universities. Apply to more than one university. You must also take the IELTS or the TOEFL depending on the university's preference. Some may also require SAT or ACT. It's a time-consuming process so keep atleast 8 months in hand so that you can apply properly. Do keep in mind that the eligibility or the admission requirements are different all over.
