To get a Job abroad immediately after B.Tech Civil Engineering is difficult but not impossible. But once you gain few years experience after graduation, you stand good chances for job abroad.

The best one is MBA in construction management at NICMAR or abroad. Other options are:
1.GATE: For M.Tech in some of the reputed institutions in India)
M.Tech in Transportation Engineering
M.Tech in Structural Engineering
M.Tech in Water Resource Engineering
M.Tech in Geo-Technical engineering
M.Tech in Environmental Engineering etc
2. Jobs at PSUs, IES, UPSC etc are also possible.
3. Diplomas such as Post Graduate Diploma in PROJECT MANAGEMENT(PGDPM),Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety and Environmental Management (PGDISEM), Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management (PGDIM) at NITIE.
