Hello Dear, Recruitment for IAS and other all India Services is done through UPSC civil service examination. For UPSC you need to be a graduate from UGC recognised institutions.

No, you won't get that much of time for acting in films. IAS officers remain in duty almost 24 hours. They don't have that much of time.

2012 home ministry notification allowed the candidates having a tattoo of a name or religious symbol on the inner face of the arms or hands" for enrollment", but said that those who have a permanent tattoo on any other part of the body will be debarred from the recruitment process.

A distant vision of 6/2 or 6/ 9 for worse eye and 6/6 or 6/9 vision for good eye. Near vision of J2 for worse eye and J1 for good eye.

Hello Dear, Recruitment into Indian Foreign Services is done through UPSC Civil Service Examination along with other all India Services. So, you need to be a graduate from recognised UGC institution.
