Indian Administrative Service (IAS) is a civil services exam conducted by Union Public Services Commission (UPSC). It is one of the toughest competitive exams in India. You have to crack the UPSC exams though there are different categories post like IAS, IPS, IRS, etc. For this, 1st you have to complete your graduation then only you can attempt the exam. The exam rank will help you to become what you want.

Yes, final year students can also apply for civil service exams. But you have to remember that there are only 4 attempts in this exam. So better option would be to complete your B.Sc and then prepare for at least 1 year so that you can perform better in the exam. It is the toughest exam of India. So, you have to work hard to clear this exam.
