Students with any stream can take IAS exam. It is just that you must have a graduation degree or you must be in your final year of graduation. Even age is one of the important criteria to be considered for IAS exam.

You must be a graduate to appear for the civil services exams and you cannot directly appear for the same after completing 12th. Irrespective of your HS stream, now, you must look forward to completing your Bachelors.

IBPS conducts the common written exams for nationalised banks, for the post of PO, clerk and SO.
Rather than this, many banks conduct their own exams like Bank of Baroda. SBI conducts its own exam as well.
So, you have to take the exam and qualify it.
