Stevie, one can appear for UPSC exam only after graduation and that too if you get more than 50% marks and in the age group of 21 to 30 years.

first you should clear your 12th and then obtain a graduation degree from a college. if you are preparing for IAS, it doesn't matter whether you take Science stream, commerce, arts or any other stream.what matters is that you must have a graduation degree with you.

For your education you can apply for PhD. For your carrer you can write UPSC exam or state PSC exam for jobs in Govt sector.

Its a very difficult question. Being an IAS officer, you will have more reputation, salary and administrative powers. Being a neurosurgeon will also earn you lots of money and reputation. But you won't have any administrative power.

Firstly u decide over in which field Your knowledge is good. Or go for aptitude test. Then only u can opt Your field. Because IAS is related to Administration field. After completing of IAS u may join Higher Govt. post like Commisdioner, Personnel Secretary of Ministers, and so on.
And wheres BCA is a IT field. U can become software engr. and can do job or can conduct Your own business.
