Final year students awaiting results can appear UPSC Prelims. And you can go for it.

Hello Santosh, the best IAS Academy is in Delhi. 1. Chanakya IAS Academy, 2.the analytics. Do more research as there are several academies that are equal to the mentioned academies. Also, it needs a regular practice at home so start preparing as soon as possible by yourself. All the best

Hello rishabh, you should continue your studies after b.com to have better career options if you failed to clear IAS exam. Also there are other government sectors like banking and railways, you can try for them too.
