You have to find out about your own interest in either subject. You can do the following-
1. You can ask some of your seniors about the difficulty level of either subject.
2. Second of all, you have to keep in mind that history is purely a theory subject and geography a theory+ practical subject.
3. You can take mock tests of either subject after studying. Hope you will get your answer.

Since your elementary education has been done with Science background so you should go for graduation in Science department and then after graduation you should join a coaching class for preparing the Administrative services.
