List of books I'll suggest for physics class 11th as reference are
* Nootan ( nageen publication )
*ABC (modern publication )
*S L Arora (don't remember the book name, mentioning writer) *concept of physics (H C Verma)
the above mentioned books are for CBSE board
moreover it depend on how much you understand the language
according to me they are books which I find easy
there books also help in class 12 (the books are arranged in order )
I hope this helps!

I would recommend you to become a bit buttering type person with your teachers especially in the exams you failed and then ask them to help you out for a couple of days for your doubts and be friendly and eager to learn they, then they will surly help you to get through and give you marks in the re-test.

It is also good to have a Bachelors degree in mechanical or electronics engineering and there are many other concentrations in robotics. The basics of electronic components will be taught in the electronics engineering programs. There are various applications of electronics like computing, radio communications, industrial control systems and you will learn about it.
