It depends on your interest. If you are interested to go with IIT or NIT, then you should go for Allen Institute Kotak, otherwise you can go with your schooling.

Yes, sure you can. But what you mentioned in your first line should be taken care of I. e. , for clearing Mains, your basics must be very strong and for that, your have NCERT books which should be mugged up really well. So, once your basics will be clear JEE Mains is not that of a big deal.

Hi,
This will entirely depend on the job sector you want to be in. If you want to make your career in the commerce, accounting and finance field, you can choose a course in one of these subjects. Finance is a good sector. Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc., are all financial capitals so you may have good opportunities ahead. Study as per your choice and interest, the exact course you want to study depends on your personal choice.

You cannot give any competitive exams in your 11th standard, as there is an age limit set for those exams, which is 16.5+ years.
You can go for certification course such as in art, computers, programming languages, etc.
