Hi Rohan,
You can take SAT after class 11th or even after class 12th. SAT scores are valid for five years. So, keep a check and schedule wisely. You can reattempt the SAT as many times as you want.

It depends on your career goals. If you can mention the course you're interested in pursuing after class 12th, I will be able to suggest you the optional subjects that will prove beneficial for you in the long run. Also, do specify the subjects in which you're good academically.

It depends upon your career that is in which field you want to pursue you can go commerce field if you want to join business or science for engineering, CS and many more, so choose according to your future aspects.

Yes, it is necessary to have Maths as a subject in 12th if you want to study Economics Hons. in DU. But if you belong to SC/ST category, its a good news for you as you would be exempted from this rule.
