Chapter 2 is Structure of Atom, aka the OG Science breakdown of how literally everything exists. You'll learn stuff like Bohr's model, orbitals, quantum numbers — all the nerdy magic that makes atoms behave. Sounds heavy, but once you get the hang of it, it lowkey feels like unlocking the Matrix. Trust the process, and maybe don't sleep through this one.

When it comes to Physical Education Class 11 books the NCERT Physical Education book is the standard and most recommended one for CBSE students. It all explains concepts in simple and easily understandable language and covers the entire syllabus prescribed by board. And for Physical Education Class 12 Books, NCERT Physical Education book is again the most trusted one. It's concise, very easy to follow, and matches the CBSE exam pattern.
Apart from NCERT some students also prefer reference books like Saraswati Health and Physical Education Class 11 or Together With Physical Education for extra sample papers and practice questions.

A frame of reference is a system that helps an observer measure the position, speed, and time of an object. It is important because motion is always relative to something else. Without a frame of reference, we cannot describe how an object is moving or if it is moving at all. It provides a fixed viewpoint to observe and understand motion accurately.

To represent in detail NCERT ideas of organic chemistry basics (Class 11, Chapter Organic Chemistry - some basic principles and methodologies), you can use a variety of superb online resources. Sites such as  Khan Academy provide entire notes, video recorded lectures and solved examples which deconstructs hard topics such as nomenclature, isomerism, reaction mechanisms and the effect of electron displacement. Physics Wallah and Aakash also have detailed revision videos as part of the NCERT syllabus which goes into details about these base concepts.
