Cotton University offers JS stream—Science and Arts—under Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC):
Science: 4 sections, ~320 seats
Arts: 1 section, ~120 seats
Eligibility is simply passing Class10 (SEBA, CBSE, etc.)—admission is merit based on your Class 10 marks .

No , you cannot get Computer Science in an NIT without having Maths in class 11th and 12th. While you scored 98 percentile in JEE Mains, which is generally considered a good score, and might get you into some NITs, having Maths in class 11th and 12th is a mandatory eligibility requirement for NIT admissions, especially for Computer Science.
