By given $U = 54 joule m = 3 kg$

By conservation of mechanical energy law

$(K + U)$ Earth surface $= (K + U) \infty$

$\frac{1}{2} m v^{2} + (- 54 J) = 0 + 0$

$\frac{1}{2} m v^{2} = 54$

$3 v^{2} = 108$

$v^{2} = \frac{108}{3} = 36$

v= 6m/s
