CFA programme is a professional credential offered by CFA Institute to Investment and Financial professionals. To enroll in the CFA Program and register for your first Level I exam, you must have an international travel passport and one of the following:
(a)Undergraduate education: A Bachelor's (or equivalent) degree or be in the final year of your Bachelor's degree program (you must have completed your Bachelor's degree program in order to register for the Level II exam), or
(b)Work experience: Four years of professional work experience (does not have to be investment related), or
(c)A combination of professional work experience and education that totals at least four years (part-time positions do not qualify, and the four-year total must be accrued prior to enrollment).
You are advised to complete your graduation degree to become eligible for CFA.

There are plenty of professional courses available for you to choose from when you are in the commerce stream.
One of the easiest things to do is go for B.Com then M.Com and then maybe PhD or professor.
There's also an option to go for CA, CS, CMA and at times LLB.
You also have the option of lesser known courses like FRM, CFA, actuary among others.
If interested, you can also go for various certification courses conducted which get completed in a short time and make you market ready.
If you wanna go for MBA, you have the option of preparing for and appearing in CAT.
You can also go for government jobs and jobs in banking sector.
If you are passionate about some thing which can be turned into a profession, work in that direction alongside your graduation.
It all depends on what path you wanna take.

One also has the option of lesser known courses like FRM, CFA, CPA, actuary among others.
Various certification courses conducted by many institution across the country like certified risk manager, courses on stock market by nse/bse etc.
There's this option of going for government jobs and preparing for that.
