Sorry but after 12th with commerce you can't take admission in medical. For that you must do 11th and 12th with science.

You have many options like:
B.Com
BBA
BCA
BBM
BA
Hotel management
Mass communicationAdvertisingAnimation
LLB
You also have options like:
CA CS CMA with B.Com
Short term diploma like
Diploma in taxation
Diploma in foreign trade
Diploma in import and export
Other than this you can learn foreign language like French.

After 12th, you have options of doing BCS and side by side, start learning computer language like java, c+, etc.

You have many options like CS, CA, CMA, LLB, B.Com, BBA, BCA, BBM, hotel management, mass communication, advertising and animation, and if you want to be a government servant, then do B.Com and start preparing for MPSC and UPSC.

If you want to do CA then apply for CPT and clear your CPT and while doing CA, you can do B.Com form any college. If you are doing external .Com, it will help you for doing CA.

You can get admission in BCS not in B.Sc. So, after 12th commerce, you can get admission in BCS in any of the respective college.

For getting administration in hotel management, there is an entrance exam CET through which you can get admission in hotel management and in 12th, you must get more than 50%.

No your not eligible for pilot because you have to choose maths for that.
