PCM is compulsory for B.Tech. You go for diploma in IT and BCA from reputed college.

No, Only PCM students can go for BE.

Go for BCA if you are interested in Computers but always remember that you won't be eligible to do MCA afterwards because you haven't studied Maths at XII.
So, after BCA, consider doing MBA in Systems/Information Technology.
