Before you commence your law studies in Harvard you must complete your undergraduate program in a related discipline. You may choose to pursue your Bachelor's degree in India or take the SAT and apply to an US university. Yes, definitely you are eligible to apply CPL after +2 with science stream. But, you need to have a good amount of money.
In my opinion, after +2, PPL is better. After doing this, go for CPL and ground handling, etc.
