For mechanical engineering you should go to IIT, Bhubaneswar. One needs to qualify JEE (Mains) and then take JEE (Advanced). Admissions are based on the JEE (Advanced) rank.

You can do oil and gas safety course with good prospects. You have chances to work abroad as well if you want to work and you will get around 1-1.5 lakhs in a month if you have 5-6 years of experience.

Extremely brilliant academic track record is something you must possess. You have to be brilliant and all-rounder. Before you commence your law studies in Harvard you must complete your undergraduate program in a related discipline. You may choose to pursue your Bachelor's degree in India or take the SAT and apply to an US university.
