BBM exam depends in which college you want to take admission. Their is no common exam for all the colleges.

For mechanical engineering you should go to IIT, Bhubaneswar. One needs to qualify JEE (Mains) and then take JEE (Advanced). Admissions are based on the JEE (Advanced) rank.

You can do oil and gas safety course with good prospects. You have chances to work abroad as well if you want to work and you will get around 1-1.5 lakhs in a month if you have 5-6 years of experience.

Extremely brilliant academic track record is something you must possess. You have to be brilliant and all-rounder. Before you commence your law studies in Harvard you must complete your undergraduate program in a related discipline. You may choose to pursue your Bachelor's degree in India or take the SAT and apply to an US university. Thereafter you must take the LSAT or the GRE and apply for the J.D program at Harvard Law School. It is a three year program. Check Harvard Law School's website for more details.
