Yes, you can reappear for your class 12th board with PCB. But before that kindly tell us exactly why you want to repeat? Do you want to join medical field?

JEE Mains is an easy deal if you focus on your basic concepts. For physics prepare for NCERT and last year question papers available online and do maths in the same way .For chemistry only NCERT will work.

Common options are engineering, architecture, BCA, B.Sc IT, B.Sc SC, B.Sc, BBA, B.Com, etc. You have to choose based on your skills and interests.

You cannot be a doctor whether allopathic I.e. MBBS or aayurvedic I.e. BAMS or Homeopathic I.e. BHMS or Naturopathy I.e. BNYS or Dentist I.E. BDS or. siddha I.e. BAMS unless you clear your HSC with physics chemistry biology and mathematics with minimum 50 percent exam. So, reappear for your 12th exam first and prepare well for NEET.

If you want to continue with science you can opt for B.E./B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Sc IT, B.Sc, BCA, etc. Alternate options could be BBA, B.Com, Defence, etc.

You can go for BBA. You can even do business without any degree. My brother is an engineer in Infosys. He left that job and opened a business and now he is earning really good, even without any specialization and degree.
