Hello, your grades are good, you may obtain a scholarship from the university. Check for educational loan options from banks.
Note: They won't grant you loans for Diploma courses, also scholarships are less likely for a scholarship.

You have scored that are really low. I would sincerely advise you to leave obsession of engineering. But if you must then only management quota will get you admission.

Deciding on a career is very important and you must choose, what you wish to do rather than just following the herd. Post class 12th, you have many options like:
B.Com Self-Financed Courses like BBI ( Bachelors in Banking and Insurance) or BAF ( Bachelors in Accounting and Finance) and BFM (Bachelors in Financial Markets)
Since you have Math as a subject, you could think of options related to computers which includes either BCA or a B.Sc IT course.
You could opt for a BA in Sociology or a BSW (Bachelors in Social work) and master it with an MSW (Masters in Social work).

If you are a PCM student then you can go for B.Sc in IT as it has a lot of scope.
If you are a PCB student then you can do B.Sc in microbiology or biotechnology as there is a lot of scope for both the courses besides this if you are interested in something in the medical field, you can go ahead with physiotherapy or pharmacy.
