You are not eligible to seek admission in any graduation degree until you complete 10+2. You are advised to clear 10+2 first.

If you had not cracked any engineering entrance examinations then you are advised to opt for BCA-MCA to become a computer software engineer.

You should go for B.Sc because your percentage is not good.

You can consider improvement exams if you see any scope of improving scores of two subjects. There are many options like B.Pharma, BSc etc, a number of colleges require a minimum of 50%. Check here for related options and eligibility:

It depends on the course and college you are looking for, but I think you might not be able to qualify the cut-offs.
