CUET UG and class 12th exam syllabus overlaps. However, CUET UG exam is considered more challenging as exam contains negative marking and limited time duration. While boards require specific percentage to pass the exam, on the other hand CUET UG is a percentile based ranking system for admission to top universities.

If candidate is prepared well for the Class 12th board examination, CUET UG preparation is half done.

The only way to score well in CAT VARC is by mastering reading comprehension. So, read a lot and a variety of topics as the passage can appear from any domain. Reading also strengthens vocabulary and grammar which forms the remaining part of CAT VARC section.

You should not rely on CAT preparation only as SNAP requires different approach. While you can cover the CAT syllabus for both, you should practice SNAP specific mock tests and sample questions to score well.

No, candidates from PCB stream are not eligible to apply for Swami Vivekananda University Barrackpore BTech courses. This is because Mathematics is a mandatory subject to be eligible for BTech at SVU Barrackpore.

Candidates of PCMB stream however are eligible to apply for these courses.

Students can apply to private colleges before the Class 12 result is announced. Most of private universities and institutions carry out their application process and conduct entrance exams before Class 12th results are out.

No, typically, Private BCom colleges do NOT impact your BCom admission in Bangalore colleges. All private colleges, even well-known ones like Kristu Jayanti University, consider BCom admission purely based on merit secured in the qualifying exam followed by a Personal Interview and there are no rules or restrictions mentioned regarding gap years.
