No, law is not a mandatory subject to fulfill SRM IST Kattankulathur BCom LLB (hons) eligibility criteria when passing from Class 12th. Candidates only need to pass Class 12 board exams with a minimum aggregate 60% from a recognised board. Their chosen stream or set of subjects in Class 12th are irrelevant.

That depends on the candidate and their interests. For example: A student with a PCM background who might be interested in pursuing AI as a subject can opt for a Bachelor of Science in AI & Machine Learning degree. Whereas another student from PCB background might be interested in microbiology can do a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology degree.

Candidates who passed Class 12 board exams with an aggregate of 75% are eligible to apply for Certificate courses at Virohan: DPG Institute of Technology and Management. If any candidate scored less than 40% in any one subject in Class 12 board exams, they might not be eligible for admission.

In such cases, candidates should consult admission desk first to confirm their eligibility.
