No, candidates are not restricted based on their Class 12 stream during Galgotias University BA admission. No, candidates from PCB stream are not eligible to apply for Swami Vivekananda University Barrackpore BTech courses. This is because Mathematics is a mandatory subject to be eligible for BTech at SVU Barrackpore. 

Candidates of PCMB stream however are eligible to apply for these courses.
