Admission to B.A. LL.B. (Hon. ). First Semester will be made based on the merit in qualifying examination and IILM Law Entrance Test (LET) followed by an interview.

If the principle says theft is not an offence then for the 0.30 seconds you take to solve the question you must abide by that. Sometimes you've more than one principles and those times you've to abide by all of them. Now come to the options. Since you already know the answer check out only those answers where you find a Yes if that's your answer or vice versa. Try to select that option which comprises of both the fact and the principle.
