Students who receive an AIR score of 20000 in CLAT admission tests from the EWS background stand a possibility of being accepted into less popular NLUs. Every year you will face robust competition because the law school admission cutoff scores continue to shift according to yearly fluctuations. Your residency in Uttar Pradesh means that your chances upgrade for entry into Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow. EWS category students applying to this NLU must exceed the cutoff criteria in the range of 18000-22000 AIR. Only 10 to 15 out of all NLUs set their cutoffs at this range yet the specific number of institutions c

Yes, students without a valid CLAT score are also eligible to apply for BBA LLB (Hons) at Sharda School of Law. The law school offers admission based on SUAT and CUET scores as well. Besides, the aspirants must meet the course-specific eligibility requirements as well. Students who are Class 12 or equivalent exam pass with at least 50% aggregate can apply.

With an EWS rank of 1,700 and an All India Rank (AIR) of 19,202 in the CLAT, it could be difficult to get accepted to Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna. In prior years, the general category closing ranks for CNLU's BA LLB programme were about 1,285.
State reservation policies, however, can help you as a candidate with a Bihar domicile, which could increase your chances.

Based on your All India OBC category rank of 3,100 in CLAT 2025, securing admission to Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) under the OBC Home State quota may be challenging. Historically, the closing ranks for the OBC category at GNLU have been significantly lower. For instance:

CLAT 2024: The closing rank for the OBC category was 1,858.

CLAT 2023: The closing rank for the OBC category was 1,852.

It depends on the cut-off rank for the EWS category in the year you take the exam. You can use a CLAT rank predictor tool to estimate your rank.

Explanation

The cut-off marks for CLAT can vary by a few percent year to year.

The expected cut-off rank for EWS in the 2025 CLAT exam at NLSIU Bangalore was around 600.

101 marks are very good in AILET score. Generally 70-100 marks are considered good score to be considered. With this marks you'll rank good enough.

While, 5095 rank is bit higher. Try for a rank near 3000, for more better chances of admission.

Considering your AIR in CLAT is 19202 and EWS rank is 1775, admission at tier 2 NLUs will be competitive. Cutoff CLAT EWS will be issued for the year 2025 by Consortium NLUs at its website. NLSIU Bengaluru and NALSAR Hyderabad are predicted to obtain a rank above 500. The cut-off for GNLU Gandhinagar and NLIU Bhopal might be required to be close to 1200 or even higher, while RMLNLU Lucknow could be a rank of 2000 or even higher. The cut-offs for EWS candidates are similar to the General category.

The approval process for entering the 5-year law program at Institute of Law Nirma University through the B.A. LL.B. Hons. degree relies on obtaining a passing score in the CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) as well as meeting the qualifying cutoff score for the particular admission year. Secure admission to the 5-year law course (B.A. LL.B. Hons.) at Institute of Law Nirma University becomes more challenging when aiming for a General rank of 32,000 and an EWS rank of 3,000 yet still not definite because the cutoff ranks fluctuate annually.

Nirma University maintained higher admission cutoffs for its law program in most recent years. An E
