Yes, appearing for CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) is necessary for admission to most National Law Universities (NLUs) in India for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law programs. However, some other law colleges may have their own entrance exams or may admit students based on different criteria, such as marks obtained in the qualifying examination (like the 12th grade for UG programs). Therefore, it's essential to check the specific admission requirements of the law colleges you are interested in, as not all colleges require CLAT scores.

Yes, aspirants can apply for the BBA LLB (Hons) course of SOL, Presidency University without CLAT score. The university law school accept applications from candidates with a valid score of LSAT or any other valid state/national level examination. However, for selection, it is important that the aspirants meet the course-specific eligibility requirements. 

NLU Ranchi accepts CLAT scores, followed by a round of counselling for admission to the integrated law programme. During the NUSRL CLAT cutoff 2024, the cutoff list was released up to five rounds. No, it is not possible to secure a seat in an LLM course at MNLU Mumbai without a CLAT entrance examination. To secure a seat in this programme candidates are required to register themselves on the official site of CLAT. Appear in the entrance examination, and get selected in the merit list released by the university. The total intake capacity for the LLM course is 298 out of which there are seats reserved for Foreign National / NRI / NRI Sponsored category and for Jammu & Kashmir permanent residents. 

No, candidates are required to complete the CLAT application procedure only. Aspirants can visit the CLAT official website to register and apply. The students who have passed Class 12 or equivalent with at least 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST) are eligible to take the exam.
