No,IBS Hyderabad do not accept CMAT.But rest of the campuses of IBS accept CMAT.

For MMS the cut off for all India seat was 99.75 last year, so your score is not enough. You can apply through cet too. The cut off for that for the general category was 96.17 percentile last year.

The short-listing of candidates is based on the composite scores of Aptitude Test Scores, Scholastic Records, and Performance in Micro Presentation and Personal Interview.Whether the candidate will be offered admission to PGDM will depend on how you perform in Micro Presentation and Personal Interview. so yes you can apply.
The fees structure can be known to you from the administration office at College.
The average package ranges between 4-5 lacs.

Using your CMAT score, you can try for Christ, ITM, Alliance, N.L. Dalmia, NIA and NIBM.

Your CMAT and UG scores are quite low, that might be the reason.

If you belong to General Category, then there are no chances this time as last year's cutoff was 95 percentile. If you belong to SC or ST category, then there are bright chances.
