It's impossible to get a top-ranked college at that CMAT score since the cut-off of such colleges is generally 80+ percentile. I'd suggest you reappear for these exams and aim for a much better score.

You cannot convert the score of one entrance exam into another. You can give preference for one exam over the other, as per the scores which you have got.

You may get admission in D.Y Patil School of Management, Pune, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida with the above score.

You can check that there are many colleges in India providing Masters education. In that, you can find some colleges which will provide you with international Masters in India. I live in Ahmedabad. This is as far as my knowledge among schools in Ahmedabad.

82 percentile in CMAT will not land you a good college. Some colleges which might consider you for admissions are Amity Noida, New Delhi school of Mgt. JIMS. But these are not good colleges. Take your decision wisely.
